Local Highland Perthshire people are outraged that one of their number could disrupt the Etape Caledonia Cycle event on Sunday 17th May 2009. We are mounting a campaign to back Cyclists and encourage them to come back to Highland Perthshire. Join our campaing by down loading the poster and displaying it in your businesses, home and car.
“Cycle Highland Perthshire” has Cycle information for the Highland Perthshire towns of Aberfeldy, Blair Atholl, Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Rannoch, including routes and information for cyclists all year round. Also encompasses ‘MacMillan Cancer Support Etape Caledonia’ Britain’s only closed road event for the ordinary cyclist.
The Cycle Highland Perthshire website is designed so cycling information is easily available for those wishing to cycle this beautiful scenic part of Scotland. As well as cycling information, we aim to provide cyclists and their families with all the information on what this magnificent region has to offer.
The home of Britain’s only closed road cycle event ‘MacMillan Cancer Support Etape Caledonia’ is Highland Perthshire. The website has a specific section focusing on cyclists and spectators who come to participate in this event. We will provide information to these important visitors so as to enhance their visit, encouraging them to sample the Highland hospitality over a number of days around the Etape Caledonia event, and importantly to return.
Highland Perthshire is unique in that each area offers something very distinct and individual to cyclists and visitors alike. We have a section introducing you to each individual area within Highland Perthshire. Importantly we want your feedback and suggestion on what ‘you’ would like to see included on the Cycle Highland Perthshire website. So enjoy your cycle trip in Aberfeldy, Pitlochry, Blair Atholl, Dunkeld and Rannoch.
