Squirrel Cottage
"Probably the best cottage (of many) that we have stayed at. Comfort, facilities, cleanliness, location, walks, red squirrels, birds - it has them all."
Squirrel cottage besides having a lovely large conservatory has a reputation for the range of wild life that can be seen when staying here. Red Squirrels as already mentioned, literally hundreds of birds at the feeders, Roe and Fallow deer are regularly sited and on two occassions Pine Martin have been seen.
There are a number of walks and cycle routes that can be taken from Squirrel Cottage including through the Pass of Killiecrankie, 'Soldiers Leep' and the National Trust of Scotland Visitor Centre.
