There are a number of locations where you can watch the Etape Caledonia race and support the cyclists. Last year I
watched the start then went to Weem and watched them come through there before heading back to the finish.
Etape Cycle Challange viewing points from Aberfeldy:-
There are 3 great places to view the race from;
Weem Hotel - where you can sit beside the road and watch the cyclists passing through.
The House of Menzies is another Etape Caledonia roadside business.
The Scottish Farm Shop at the Highland Safari Lodge.
All three veiwing points are connected by a new route for walkers and cyclists which starts in Aberfeldy by Wade's Bridge on the River Tay following the Tay up stream with paths leading off to each of the viewing points mentioned above. The great thing about this new route is that it is all off road, great for the whole family and thanks to the Upper Tay Paths Group for creating this new facility in the area.

Kinloch Rannoch is an excellent location to view the race, as you can see the cyclists come through the village as they head off to cycle around Loch Rannoch and watch them again as they come back before they start the big climb up around Schiehallion, you will then be able to go and watch them finish the race.
