The Artemis Highland 100 Challenge
Loch Tay Kenmore Gold/Silver start 7am; Bronze 10am
The route which takes you through the Scottish Highlands, steeped in history, will allow you to take in some of Scotland’s most breathtaking scenery. We have a challenge for all abilities with a gold (132.5km), silver (83km) and bronze (64km) route. All routes start out from Kenmore and head north towards Schiehallion Munro, one of the best known landmarks and view points in the central highlands. The route splits at Keltneyburn where Bronze follows Glen Lyon west round Loch Lyon and down Glen Lochay to the finish; Gold and Silver continue north to Kinloch Rannoch where Silver cuts west to Carie and Gold circles Loch Rannoch before rejoining Silver at Carie. The route then heads south, off-road through Rannoch Forest to Innerwick, turning west into the heart of Glen Lyon. Silver switch south to Glen Lochay while Gold circumnavigate the remote and spectacular Loch Lyon before rejoining Silver at Glen Lochay and onto the finish at Killin. The Artemis Highland 100 has been designed for the entire family to take part. For those with young children, they will be able to join you for the last 10km or 2km leg to the finish. Challengers will be rewarded at the finish with a sumptuous feast, a well earned massage, refreshments and entertainment. This year two worthy causes will benefit from your efforts! The Artemis Charitable Foundation will distribute the funds you raise to both CHAS and Cancer Research UK. For a great family day out, don’t delay, visit our website today and take up the challenge!
