Aberfeldy to Grandtully Cycle Route

General Description of Cycle Route:-
Road section to start followed by woodland and field sections. Suitable for a family cycle, sharp downhill at the beginning of the woodland section , the rest is relatively flat though bumpy in places. Excellent views of the River Tay and surrounding countryside.
 
Directions
Park either in main square in Aberfeldy or the car park behind Girvans. Head out of Aberfeldy on the A827, pass the caravan park and Dewar's World of Whisky on the right. Turn immediately left after the cemetery then right following the signpost "Path to Grandtully 4
miles/6.5km. Follow the track through 2 gates, over a wooden bridge then 2 more gates to arrive at Grandtully.
Cycle back the way you came or cross the bridge over the Tay into Strathtay village. Turn left and cycle along the quiet road for 8km to turn left over footbridge and cross the golf course back into Aberfeldy
