Aberfeldy, Camserney, Loch Farleyer, Aberfeldy Cycle Route

Cycle Route General description:-
Road section to start with then steep accent on unmade road.  There are a 3 fords but all are passable in winter.  Great  views of Schiehallion and of Loch Farleyer.  25% on single track.
 
Directions:
Park at Aileen Chraggan.  Head west on B846 for 3 km.  Turn right at telephone box and SP Camserney.  Stay on this road/track as it climbs and heads back east, after 1.6km take the junction sharp left.  Continue up steep hill and straight on through 3 gates and over 2 fords. Glengoulandie route joins at 1.5km.  After 3.7 km you turn right at corrugated iron hut and head south on a sheep track.  Follow the reasonably well defined sheep track for 2.3km before turning right onto forest road.  Continue south on forest track which heads downhill after 1km. At approx 1.5km take single track left at cairn.  Follow track through trees and wall to clearing.  Track heads steeply right downhill then follows dyke downhill and right across bog to join better path.  Follow this downhill until turning left at junction behind houses. Continue along path behind houses until it joins main road at Aileen Chraggan.
 
Fitness level – medium - one steep climb plus some accent on single track
Skill level – medium - rough single track and one short steep downhill section
